EMPOWERMENT CIRCLE
I am excited to announce that my virtual therapy group will be starting up again this month and open to new members. This is a group where diverse individuals can have the opportunity to process relationships, intergenerational trauma, existential concerns, and more. This group encourages communal healing during climate disaster and global violence, integrating talk therapy and experiential therapies like dance, art, mindfulness, spirituality, and music.
This group is for adults aligned with liberation and decolonial philosophies, neurodiversity/disability affirming, LGBTQ+ affirming, & apartheid-free. Members may be in any PSYPACT state and in some non-US countries.
The group will be held biweekly and begin in Fall of 2025 and run until the Spring of 2026. Exact date and time is TBD based on interest and member availability.
