Group Therapy

Groups have 4-10 people who meet mostly virtually, although there will likely be in-person groups occasionally for local group members. Learning how to be vulnerable and form meaningful connections is an integral part of enhancing mental health, and group therapy is a wonderful place to practice such skills gaining support from a therapist and a group of others with similar concerns.

Stressed and Sexy BIPOC Women’s Group is for women of culture who are struggling with dating/relationships, intergenerational trauma, discrimination, family of origin concerns, and more. Please contact me if you are interested in such a group as 4-10 people need to sign up before it begins.

$225 intake unless already a patient and $100 per 90 minute group session.
